Steps
- Add the 10% Tween-20 to PBS and mix.
- Store at room temperature (1–2 weeks).
- Wash 3–5 times with 300 µL per well at each step, then tap dry on paper towels.
Good to know
- A 10X wash concentrate made with 10X PBS is convenient.
- For AP detection use TBS-T, since phosphate interferes.

What if washing is inadequate?
Background rises and well-to-well CV worsens — remove residual liquid thoroughly after the last wash.
