Steps
- Measure Tween-20 with a cut tip or by weight (11 g, density ≈ 1.1).
- Add water and mix gently until dissolved.
- Store at room temperature or 4 °C.

- For 1 L of 0.1% TBST add 10 mL of this stock.
FAQ
Can I use Triton X-100 instead?
Tween-20 is milder and strips less antigen or antibody in wash buffers; Triton is used for permeabilisation.
