Steps
- Add gelatin to water and autoclave — it dissolves and sterilises at once.
- Store at room temperature or 4 °C.
- Cover the dish surface, leave 30–60 min at 37 °C, aspirate and plate cells.

Slight drying after aspiration is fine, but dishes are usually used right away.
