Concentrated calcium chloride mixed with DNA in calcium-phosphate transfection: 250 mM in the DNA mix (125 mM after mixing with 2X HBS).

Steps
- Dissolve in water and bring to volume.
- Filter-sterilise through 0.22 µm. Aliquot and store at −20 °C.
