Steps
- Sprinkle BSA on the water surface and let it sink (do not shake hard or vortex).
- When dissolved, bring to the final volume.
- Filter-sterilise through 0.22 µm (do not autoclave).
- Aliquot and store at −20 °C.
Good to know
- For ELISA or phospho-antibodies choose IgG-free, protease-free BSA.
