Add more images at any time — drag & drop, or copy an image and press Ctrl+V on this page. Upload per-channel files together (e.g. _ch00 / _ch01, _c1 / _c2, _DAPI / _FITC) and they are merged into one image automatically.

Add images on the left and they appear here. Composite images or per-channel TIFFs exported from Zeiss (ZEN), Leica (LAS X, CytoVision), MetaSystems, etc. work as they are. Export .czi / .lif originals to TIFF first.

🎨 Signal colors (probes)
Add another color:or
When you add images, the signal colors present are detected and the recommended ones switched on. Click a chip to turn it on or off.
Select and analyze an image to see the mean signal intensities here.
Color detection: red/green signals that look magenta/cyan on blue chromosomes are still judged by which of the R/G channels dominates, regardless of the blue background. Yellow = a Gold probe or a red+green overlap (fusion); Aqua = a cyan signal brighter than DAPI. Each pixel is counted as one color only. HSR: clusters larger than the "signal ↔ HSR size limit" are outlined along the real signal pixels, excluded from the signal counts and added to the ROI list on the right. HSRs you rename keep their names when re-analyzed. Click an ROI → Intensity: with drawing mode off, click any ROI on the image to update the Intensity table on the right. Intensities are relative values from the rendered 8-bit RGB pixels — compare only images taken under the same conditions.
